Chief Executive Officer

Mike serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PFSweb, Inc. and oversees investor relations and the overarching strategy of the company. Prior to his promotion to CEO, Mike served as the company’s President and Chief Information Officer. He has been instrumental in the acquisition, development, integration and support of PFS’ world-class technologies and he continues to have a key role in the architecture of the company’s solution and service offerings.

Since Mike was named CEO in 2013, the eCommerce industry has rapidly evolved. With Mike’s leadership, so has PFSweb. It was Mike’s vision that led to diversifying and expanding PFSweb’s professional services offering through strategic acquisitions and the subsequent branding realignment to establish two business units: the Operations Services unit, PFS, and the former Professional Services unit, LiveArea. Mike also led the company’s effort to focus on omnichannel solutions and bring to market PFS’ CloudPick^® and RetailConnect^® products in 2019. In 2021, with the successful sale of the LiveArea business unit, Mike re-centered the PFS focus on fulfillment services and products that help clients create frictionless customer experiences across channels.

Mike is an active member of his community, serving as a leader in his church and serving as Chairman for the Dean’s Council for the College of Business Administration at Abilene Christian University (ACU). He is a featured guest speaker for the ACU College of Business and has taught senior-level marketing classes.

Mike is a native Texan and has been a resident of the Dallas area since 1987. He is a graduate of ACU where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986. Mike received the Distinguished Alumni Citation from ACU in 2011.
